Disclaimer- this was the first explanation that came to my mind when I saw (the name of!) the “related” video, so its sanity is suspect at best! In the film “phir teri kahani yaad aayi” from which this song is, the actors are rahul roy and pooja bhat (IMDB). Rahul roy (and pooja bhat too, but I didn’t know that until I looked at the IMDB page) is also in the movie “junoon”, where he turns into a man-and-woman-eating tiger “har pooranmaasi ki raat” for some complex reasons…. so a connection would be:
tere dar par sanam- rahul roy and pooja bhat- junoon- tiger - animal - 2nd related video

I thought so too- the movie doesnt seem to have too much of a point. The suitcase retrieval was the high point for me.

Net-net I am still glad I saw the movie though.
